learn hypnosis

As you are here, most probably you already know why you want to learn hypnosis. After reading the posts on our site you can clearly see that we concentrate on detailed research from all available sources of hypnosis secrets.

In the same way that you are interested in hypnosis, we were similarly interested in it years ago and now we are able to share some shortcuts on how to learn hypnosis techniques in the best and most practical way.

But before we speak about this hidden weapon, we want to introduce our dear friends and teachers, for you to understand better why hypnosis is so powerful.

Since the early days of humanity hypnosis has been used by people of
power to reach their goals efficiently; and, still today nothing has changed.

The method in which hypnosis was used by people with power during human history was discovered by Milton Erickson, who is considered the father of modern hypnotherapy. His ability to induce hypnosis during an apparently normal conversation has been studied and formalized by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, who were the co-founders of the famous NLP method.

In the early 1980s Grinder and Bandler eventually split up. This caused the creation of many different schools and points of view.

This entire heritage has been perceived and re-forged by Igor Ledochowski to be used more successfully in daily circumstances.

He was the first ever hypnotist to release a full audio course on Conversational Hypnosis, which is the No.1 best selling hypnosis course in the world now.

The course, “The Power of Conversational Hypnosis”, has been updated continuously and has been brushed to perfection since the year 2000. It comprises of 12 audio CDs, the total duration of which is more than 13 hours. This package is universally recognized as the best training program available for covert hypnosis.

You can get it here. Or you can read the next posts to make sure you truly need this course and to realize what prospective successes open up to you once you actually obtain and study it.

“The Power of Conversational Hypnosis” is a 12 CD course created by Igor Ledochowski who is considered one of the most significant hypnotists of the world. But as far as I am interested in learning hypnosis, his actual ability as a hypnotist is not the most important thing. In fact, you can see hypnotists performing their brilliant hypnotizing ability, but usually they don’t actually reveal their abilities to teach their actual skill.

So how do you recognize the quality of the course that you are about to learn?

An important criterion to judge the validity of the course you are applying for is by looking at its market life. A good product stays longer in the market, just as this course has been in the market for a long time.

For instance, the Igor Ledochowski course was the first audio course in the field which was created in the year 2000.

Why is that important?

Because nobody promotes anything over a long period of time, except when the product’s quality is consistent and is validated by its ongoing sales.

Another important factor to be considered is the constant updating of the product. Be sure that your potential teacher mentions the updates of the program when you make such an investment for your future.

How does an update influence the quality of the course you are about to purchase?

Unfortunately, for those who don’t know this, some courses are done only once, because the “creator” of such a product does not care much about your welfare than he does for filling his bank account.

These guys do not update their courses and often forget to even mention this term (update) in the description of their “product”.

It goes without saying that Igor Ledochowski at least mentions this on his site.

The third point you might consider relates to testimonials received by the product. Are they real or not? In most cases you will not be sure about it, but they are still important. Because in any case, they contain a certain promise… you know, it is eventually the author who selects them anyway.

Would you consider a practical hypnosis mini course for free (to test it in real life) as a sign of how powerful the stuff inside the paid course is for you?

There is another thing which I have noticed and want to share with you… Have you ever imagined being hypnotized by the lines of the text or audio tape made by a hypnotist, so that you feel compelled to buy their product in any case?

Good news: there is no such thing as between-the-lines subliminal hypnosis in the free course offered by Igor Ledochowski. He even gives you a full set of instruments for free; so that you feel free to buy his product because you actually want it, and not because you feel that you must.

Now I would like to tell you what I consider important in each of the 12 CDs of The Power of Conversational Hypnosis (you can go to the site of Igor Ledochowski to decide what is important for you in this course):

The most important feature of the first CD is that it makes you discover the truth about hypnosis; about what is possible and what is not. This means that no time is wasted on impossible or unrealistic goals.
It also speaks about the “Dark side” of hypnosis that you may not be aware of. Every day negative hypnotic suggestions are influencing your life. The good news is that you can easily protect yourself… when you know a simple secret.

The second CD helps you to connect more deeply with desired people. It explains how to avoid the most common mistakes made by people that destroy any possibility of creating a connection with others. It helps you to better understand the reason why hypnotic rapport creates virtually “instant” admiration, affection, trust and friendship with other people.

The third CD is called “Hypnotic Language Foundations” and is created to share with you the 4 “Words of power” you can use to put anyone and everyone around you in a powerful trance very quickly.

The fourth CD reveals to you the secrets of the authority strategy. If you get this right, people will automatically follow your suggestions, and you will position yourself for automatic success.

What I like the most about the fifth CD is that Igor teaches a simple and unusual way to completely change what someone is thinking. Once you learn this, the person you are speaking to will forget what he was thinking of just seconds ago.

The sixth CD gives you the knowledge of advanced hypnotic language – those words that are not simply words, but connote powerful influencing messages.

In the seventh CD you will learn how to become a great storyteller, and why do you need to be one :-)

CD number 8 is probably the core section of the course. Here Igor reveals how to conduct conversational inductions to communicate directly with the unconscious mind. I guess this would interest you the most if a method of influencing people is what you were looking for.

After listening to the ninth CD you will improve your ability as a storyteller. As an additional attachment to this CD, Igor gives you a bonus, which is like a Secret Treasure Map of How to Structure an Irresistibly Powerful Hypnotic Story.

Do you know what ‘Frames’ are? What others hear you saying depends totally on your knowledge of it. Control the frame and you control what they hear. You’ll learn about it in the tenth CD.

The eleventh CD gives you powerful weapons that help you get what you want. And here we mention the Conversational Trance Formulas. In one hour and ten minutes of listening you will have everything you need to become a Master of “Conversational Hypnosis”.

So what is inside the last CD of this course? Of course, you need to improve your abilities; and in this last session a step by step procedure is given on how to achieve this efficiently.

But how much does this course cost? An Australian hypnotherapist who studied it claimed that it would have cost him several thousands of dollars at a live training, and still you wouldn’t have the luxury of a rewind button.

Fortunately it does not cost thousands of dollars. Get more info here.

How to Learn Hypnosis?

Some people love to learn hypnosis. Why? Each one has their own varied reasons as to why they want to learn it. However, there are also some individuals who are a bit hesitant about hypnosis – either having it, or learning it. When one is to learn hypnosis, it is as though they are given the power to control or manipulate those who have been hypnotized. Well, blame it on the media – movies, comic books, stories, etc…

Truth be told, a hypnotist cannot let a person do something that they do not want to. It is only in movies that the things you fear about hypnosis occur. What does it take to learn hypnosis, then? Well, first you have to know the basics, which include three things: suggestion, concentration, and imagination.

Generally, when being in a hypnotic state, the person is brought to its unconscious mind, and it is at this state where individuals have minds like children – playful and imaginative. So being an imaginative individual would help the process go more smoothly and easier. There are many methods that hypnotherapists utilize in hypnotizing, but there three prerequisites that make hypnosis successful. First, the person must want or has a desire to be hypnotized. Second, the person must believe that he or she can be hypnotized. Lastly, the person should be comfortable and in a relaxed state.

Hypnosis is not possible if the person is feeling tensed, pressured, or under stress. The mind and body alike must be in a relaxed state – thus the body can go from the conscious mind to the unconscious mind. So basically, whether it’s you or the hypnotherapist performing the hypnosis on you, it still lies with you. If you don’t want to be hypnotized, they can’t do anything about it.

Just as Igor Ledochowski, one of the pioneers of the techniques developed in hypnotherapy said, “All hypnosis is self hypnosis, and the power is in the mind of the person being hypnotized.”

So when learning hypnosis, you can begin by practicing self hypnosis – the best person to have a dry run is yourself. Here’s what you can do:

1. Relax and Let Yourself Go

Stop worrying about your chores or today’s tasks. Just focus on one thing: what you want to drop into your “suggestion box”.

2. Stop Thinking

Breathe easy and relax – this goes for both your body and your mind. Thinking about other things defeats the purpose of hypnotizing yourself. As you breathe, let peace surround you. Then count in your mind from 1 to 20, with each count you feel yourself going deeper into the trance.

3. Drop Notes into Your Suggestion Box

Now give your subconscious mind (which is the suggestion box) your thought (the note you decided on step 1). For example, “cigarettes taste like burnt plastic” for someone who wants to quit smoking. You have to believe this – you have the power.

4. Slowly Get Back to Reality

Now if you feel that your suggestions have been all dropped into your subconscious, start counting in your mind, backwards, which is 20 to 1. Slowly get out of your trance refreshed and calm.

Learning hypnosis can help you get over difficult problems, breaking bad habits, and unhinging those hindrances you have in life. Just remember, to learn hypnosis, the power is with you.

Engineer Proofs and Presents Better Content, Using TextAloud

Clemmons, NC (PRWEB) March 22, 2011

Project engineer Paul Blanzy divides his time between civilian and military work, a major part of which involves the management and presentation of huge amounts of text content. To help Paul absorb, proof, and even present that content, he turns to TextAloud, the popular Text to Speech program from NextUp.com. TextAloud helps users like Paul export almost any electronic text into spoken audio that can be listened to on a PC, or output to popular MP3 or other audio file formats for listening on iPhones (R) iPods (R), laptops, MP3 players, PDAs and more.

“I like TextAloud because it helps me understand how my writing comes across to people,” comments Paul, who listens to his important e-mails, letters and speeches using the Text to Speech software in order to objectively hear inflection, tone of voice, and pacing that differs from his own. “This gives me insight into how my written words may come across to the recipient, and not just how I meant them to be read.”

Paul, a resident of St. Charles, Missouri, first discovered the software after searching for a Text to Speech reader for self-study materials that might enable him to share spiritual references, Bible readings or personalized sermons. “I was looking for a way to hear specific content that was not available through ‘books on tape,’ and which would allow me to choose specific sections I wanted to hear without having to wade through too much that I didn’t,” he adds.

Paul soon found a multitude of additional uses for TextAloud, using the software for everything from listening to his e-mails and other content while driving, to testing out the text for speeches and presentations using voices such as ‘Lauren,’ an optional Premium Voice from AT&T Natural Voices (TM), as well as other pleasant and realistic AT&T Natural Voices (TM) like ‘Ray’ and ‘Julia.’ “This approach helped me to make sure I was able to be light-hearted, but sincere, without sounding corny or mushy,” he adds. He soon discovered other uses for the software, turning to TextAloud to assist him with a customer presentation during a transitional period at work, and using it during his commute. “That was a big help,” he adds.”I was on ‘active duty’ and drove to my office for an hour each way every day. I tried podcasts for a while, but it was too hit-and-miss on good ones, and there was little control over the content.” Instead, Paul began to make his own Text to Speech collections, putting the MP3 files onto CD for listening in the car.

TextAloud also proved helpful on an aspect of life almost every computer user has experienced — that of maintaining objectivity while reading or responding to e-mails, even on emotional or stressful issues. By using Text to Speech to listen to those e-mails, Paul was able to listen objectively while removing the emotion too easily read into a discussion or topic. “Letting ‘Lauren’ read e-mails to me in her more dispassionate voice helps me to pause and see things from the sender’s perspective,” he comments. “Doing this can really save a lot of grief on both sides of the screen.” Paul not only used the approach for listening to his inbox, but for evaluating his own e-mails before sendout, as well.

For others embarking on using Text to Speech, Paul advises that they listen to samples of several choices to really find the voices they’ll respond to best. “I have trouble hearing higher frequencies, for instance,” he comments, “so a lower voice works best for me on some stuff.” He also utilizes different voices for different tasks, listening to female voices for some documents, and male voices on presentations or technical items. Paul’s use of Text to Speech now ranges through most of his computing tasks, from e-mails, presentations and documents, to his latest endeavors of blogging and podcasting. He’s even using his text to speech files to help him with self-affirmation and self-hypnosis!

“Ultimately, TextAloud gives me great insight into how others will read or hear my words,” Paul comments. “I’ve also achieved deeper understanding overall when listening to content read aloud to me, and I’ll even read along sometimes on items for study, for a double-whammy of learning. TextAloud is easy to use, and it really makes my written and spoken words that much more effective.”

About TextAloud:

With a completely new interface and more personalization options than ever, TextAloud is the highly useful PC program for students, scientists, writers, business people, and PC users from all walks of life. TextAloud enables anyone to experience their reading by listening, and has been featured in The New York Times, PC Magazine, Writer’s Digest, on CNN, and more.

Master Mind Advanced Hypnosis: Upcoming Seminar at SUNY Buffalo Educates About The Power Of The Mind

Master Behnam Saghafi

Tonawanda, NY (PRWEB) February 8, 2011

(PRWEB) February 8, 2011 — On Saturday February 12th, Master Mind Advance Hypnosis will be giving the community the opportunity to learn more about what each individual can do to maximize their own personal potential. This opportunity to change one’s own life will be presented in the form of a seminar which takes place from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the State University of New York Buffalo campus, in Knox Hall (KNOX 4).

Seminar attendees will be introduced to the concepts and methods of advanced hypnosis as shared by Master Behnam Saghafi , an adj. professor at SUNY Buffalo and the man behind Master Mind Advanced Hypnosis of Tonawanda, NY. Master Saghafi is a certified hypnotist and a grandmaster in Tae Kwon Do. He shares with his clients a methodology of life-change which he has personally developed over the course of nearly three decades, using coaching, martial arts philosophy, and hypnosis.

Stressing that success via the power of the mind is not a matter of magic but rather the practical application of productive thoughts and positive perspective, Master Behnam Saghafi guides his clients. With this guidance, clients are able to overcome their own personal obstacles. Many of these obstacles, Master Saghafi teaches, are self-enforced mental challenges.

Clients seek out Master Mind Advanced Hypnosis in order to lose weight, quit smoking, or reduce stress. Clients may also contact the center for assistance with more individualized requests, such as overcoming specific workplace or family difficulties. The power of hypnosis is not the power to create new skills or abilities, but rather the power to allow one’s self to succeed.

This philosophy is clearly presented through Master Saghafi’s weight loss hypnosis techniques, which do not focus on diet or nutrition requirements but on the psychological causes of overeating. Individualized sessions examine the triggers for excessive calorie consumption, and the mental obstacles which prevent clients from reasonable diets. Through understanding and positive visualization, clients are able to transition naturally toward more healthful habits.

As with weight loss hypnosis, the philosophy behind Master Saghafi’s stop smoking hypnosis sessions is based upon understanding the reason behind a client’s need to smoke. Direct suggestion, positive visualization, and deeper understanding of personal motivations aid clients in beating this addiction.

Learn more about Master Benham Saghafi’s techniques and their practical application by attending the upcoming seminar. Unleash your own capabilities to feel better, heal faster, achieve more, and live a more complete life on February 12th.
